The Rules to Live Auction Buying

• Please bring a Valid Drivers License with you.
• Once entered in the system you will be assigned a Bid Card number.
• The buyer will be charged a 15% Buyers Premium for all credit card purchases and 12% Buyers Premium for cash and check purchases.
• Buyers is also responsible for paying New Mexico Sales Tax.
• We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Electronic Checks.
• Buyers must pay for their items the night/day of the auction before they leave the building.
• Items must be picked up before the auction closes unless prior arrangements are made for larger item.
